Meet one of East African Health Platform members

Afya Initiatives (AAI) is a non-government organization (NGO) that seeks to improve the health of rural communities through partnerships. AAI is the result of a long-time commitment of Canada Africa Health Alliance (CACHA), a medical volunteer’s organization. AAI’s mission statement is: “To improve health for rural communities through partnerships to facilitate programs for disease prevention, treatment, care, support, and education to the most vulnerable community.
