EAHP board of trustees is comprised of a total of not more than 10 members in form of Private Sector Operators (PSOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Faith Based Organizations (FBOs), and Interest Group Organizations (IGOs) elected from and by the General Assembly ideally every three years. Space may be provided for coopted members to enhance a blend of expertise, sub constituency and country representation. The board meets at least three times in a year to guide the platforms strategic direction, formulate policies & procedures, and approve budgets and reports. The Executive committee of the Board of Trustees is composed of the Chair, Vice Chair, and Treasurer while the Chief Executive is the Secretary and serves as an ex-official.
