Pharmaceutical Society of Tanzania (PST) was established due to the need of enhancing the quality of Pharmacy practice, keeping members up-to-date with changes in Pharmacy practice, the law relating to Pharmacy and the latest technology applicable to Pharmacy. The (PST) was established in accordance with the Societies Act Cap 337 and was registered on 30th January,1967 with registration No 5162. PST represents all pharmacy professionals including Pharmacists, Pharmaceutical Technicians and Pharmaceutical Assistants. PST’s vision is to “advocate and promote amongst our members to utilize our potentials in the provision of equitable access to safe, effective and Quality pharmaceutical services and care”
